उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (यूकेएसएसएससी) की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में घपले को लेकर कांग्रेस के निशाने पर रहे पूर्व भाजपा नेता हाकम सिंह की पैठ पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार में भी रही।
वर्ष 2015-16 में हुए पुलिस दारोगा भर्ती घोटाले के दौरान प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार थी। यह मामला खुलने के बाद से हाकम की पहुंच को लेकर चर्चाएं तेज हो गई हैं। वहीं भाजपा को भी भर्ती घोटालों में कांग्रेस पर हमला करने का अवसर मिल गया है।
प्रदेश की राजनीति में एक बार फिर हलचल:
हाकम सिंह को लेकर प्रदेश की राजनीति में एक बार फिर हलचल बढ़ गई है। भाजपा नेता रहे हाकम सिंह की पिछली भाजपा सरकार के दौरान यूकेएसएसएससी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में संलिप्तता सामने आ चुकी है।
कांग्रेस ने इसे बड़ा मुद्दा बनाते हुए भाजपा और उसकी सरकार पर तीखे प्रहार किए थे। अब दारोगा भर्ती घोटाले में जिस तरह आरोपित दारोगाओं का निलंबन किया गया है, उससे भाजपा को पलटवार के लिए हथियार मिल गया है। पुलिस दारोगा भर्ती घोटाला कांग्रेस सरकार के कार्यकाल में हुआ था।
कांग्रेस को अपनी सरकार के कार्यकाल के अवलोकन की आवश्यकता:
वहीं भाजपा के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी मनवीर सिंह चौहान ने कांग्रेस को नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि भर्ती प्रकरण में नित नई जांच की मांग करने वाली कांग्रेस को अपनी सरकार के कार्यकाल के अवलोकन की आवश्यकता है। दारोगा भर्ती प्रकरण में जिन 20 सब इंस्पेक्टर पर निलंबन की गाज गिरी, वे सभी कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में हुए भ्रष्टाचार की देन हैं।
इससे पहले भी कांग्रेस शासन में पटवारी भर्ती परीक्षा हुई थी। दोनों बार खुलेआम भ्रष्टाचार हुआ, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। सरकार में रहते भ्रष्टाचारियों को संरक्षण देने वाले आज भर्ती घोटालों में ऐतिहासिक कार्रवाई के बावजूद जांच एजेंसियों की क्षमता पर ही सवाल उठा रहे हैं। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।
चौहान ने कहा कि आरोपित दारोगाओं का निलंबन धामी सरकार की जीरो टालरेंस नीति का परिणाम है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की देश का सबसे सख्त नकल कानून लाने की घोषणा उचित और आवश्यक है। भाजपा सरकार नियुक्तियों में धांधली पर त्वरित कठोरतम, पारदर्शी कार्यवाही कर रही है।
दारोगा भर्ती से जुड़ी ओएमआर शीट कर दी थीं नष्ट:

विवि प्रशासन ने बताया कि वह नियमानुसार परीक्षा के एक साल बाद ओएमआर शीट नष्ट कर देते हैं। इसके बाद विजिलेंस ने जब अपनी जांच आगे बढ़ाई तो पता चला कि वर्ष 2015 से पूर्व में हुई परीक्षाओं की ओएमआर शीट की कापी विश्वविद्यालय के पास उपलब्ध हैं।
विजिलेंस की ओर से अदालत के आदेश पर जब विश्वविवद्यालय से कापी मंगवाई गई, तब विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से कापी भेजी गईं। विजिलेंस के अनुसार, इस कापी में केवल विश्वविवद्यालय की ओर से बनाई गई कमेटी के चार अधिकारियों के हस्ताक्षर हैं, जबकि उस समय पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक रहे पुष्कर सिंह सैलाल के हस्ताक्षर ही नहीं करवाए गए।
ओएमआर शीट की कापी से बढ़ाई जांच:
