मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केदारनाथ धाम के पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण करने के बाद देहरादून वापस आकर प्रेसवार्ता की। मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित जनता दर्शन हॉल में प्रेस कॉनफ़्रेन्स को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने चार धाम आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं से अपील की है कि वे कोविड गाइडलाइन को ध्यान में रखते हुए चार धाम के लिए जारी की एसओपी का पूरा पालन करें। यात्रा पर निकलने से पहले अपने सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज और कोविड-19 निगेटिव रिपोर्ट और वैक्सीनेशन सर्टिफिकेट को साथ अवश्य लाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि न्यायालय ने चारधाम यात्रा में श्रद्धालुओं के लिए प्रतिदिन निर्धारित सीमा हो हटा दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का प्रयास है कि यात्रा भी चलती रहे और यात्रियों की सुरक्षा भी रहे, इसके लिए कोविड गाइड लाइन के तहत यात्रा को सकुशल संपन्न कराया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यात्रा को लेकर जो भी दिक्कतें हैं उन्हें जल्द दूर करने हेतु निर्देश दे दिए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केदारनाथ धाम के लिए 409 करोड़ के कार्य प्रस्तावित हैं जिनमें 225 करोड़ का कार्य पूरा हो गया है, जबकि फेज 2 में 114 करोड़ का कार्य निर्माणाधीन है। इसी तरह से बदरीनाथ धाम के लिए 245 करोड़ के कार्य प्रस्तावित है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि चारों धामों हेतु पुनर्निर्माण एवं सौंदर्यीकरण हेतु 708 करोड़ रुपए के कार्य गतिमान और प्रस्तावित हैं।
