प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में राज्य सचिवालय स्थित वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में होगी। बैठक में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, कृषि, उद्यान, उद्योग विभाग से जुड़े प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा होगी। वहीं कैबिनेट में उद्यानों को लीज पर देने, एक जिला दो उत्पाद, कर्मचारियों की गोल्डन कार्ड योजना में संशोधन को लेकर निर्णय हो सकता है।
मंत्रिमंडल में जाएगी वन निगम स्केलर संवर्ग से जुड़ी रिपोर्ट
वन निगम में स्केलर संवर्ग के एसीपी और प्रमोशन से जुड़े मामले पर उप समिति ने अपनी कार्रवाई पूरी कर ली है। अब इसकी रिपोर्ट मंत्रिमंडल में रखी जाएगी। दरअसल, वन निगम में स्केलर संवर्ग के मामलों को लेकर कैबिनेट ने मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल की अध्यक्षता में तीन सदस्यीय उप समिति का गठन किया था।
इस उप समिति में मंत्री धन सिंह रावत और मंत्री रेखा आर्य सदस्य थीं। मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने बताया कि मामले में सभी पक्षों को भलिभांति समझ लिया गया है। सुनवाई पूरी हो चुकी है। अब उप समिति अपनी रिपोर्ट तैयार कर रही है। यह रिपोर्ट जल्द ही कैबिनेट के समक्ष रखी जाएगी। इसके बाद कैबिनेट इस पर फैसला लेगी।
समान कार्य, समान वेतन देने की मांग
उपनल कर्मचारी महासंघ ने समान कार्य, समान वेतन सहित अन्य मांगों के निस्तारण को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री को ज्ञापन भेजा। महासंघ के जिलाध्यक्ष जीतराम पौंठियाल ने कहा कि उपनल कर्मचारी लंबे समय से अल्प वेतन में काम करते आ रहे हैं। यहां तक कई जगहों पर वे नियमित कर्मचारियों से अधिक कार्य कर रहे हैं। इसके बाद भी उनकी सुध नहीं ली जा रही है।
कहा कि मांगों को लेकर पूर्व में किए गए आंदोलन के दौरान प्रदेश सरकार के दो कैबिनेट मंत्रियों ने भी उनका समर्थन किया था। तब, सरकार ने उपनल कर्मचारियों के मानदेय में वृद्धि के लिए कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. हरक सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में एक उप समिति का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने कर्मचारियों के वेतन को लेकर रिपोर्ट भी तैयार कर दी है, लेकिन अभी तक इसे कैबिनेट में शामिल नहीं किया गया है। उन्होंने उपनल कर्मियों के हितों व भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार से त्वरित कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
