देहरादून में राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर एफआरआई में पीएम मोदी के कार्यक्रम को लेकर सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर बैग, छाता और पानी की बोतल ले जाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है। पुलिस ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे ऐसी कोई भी वस्तु कार्यक्रम स्थल पर न लाएं। सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं और हर आने-जाने वाले व्यक्ति की तलाशी ली जाएगी।
राज्य स्थापना दिवस की रजत जयंती पर एफआरआइ पहुंच रहे प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के कार्यक्रम को लेकर पुलिस प्रशासन व सुरक्षा एजेंसियां अलर्ट मोड पर हैं। सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजामों के बीच पुलिस ने कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने वाले लोगों के लिए विशेष दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
इनमें सबसे अहम निर्देश यह हैं कि कोई भी व्यक्ति कार्यक्रम स्थल पर बैग या छाता लेकर नहीं जा सकेगा।
प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यक्रम में किसी तरह की चूक न हो, इसके लिए सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से कार्यक्रम स्थल पर बैग/झोला, पानी की बोतल, ज्वलनशील पदार्थ, लाइटर व अन्य सामान ले जाना प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
पुलिस विभाग ने कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करने वाले आमजन से अपील की है कि ऐसी किसी भी वस्तु को अपने साथ कार्यक्रम स्थल में न लाएं, ऐसी किसी भी वस्तु के साथ किसी भी व्यक्ति को कार्यक्रम स्थल में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
कार्यक्रम स्थल और आसपास के इलाकों में हर आने-जाने वाले व्यक्ति की गहन तलाशी ली जाएगी। किसी भी संदिग्ध वस्तु या सामग्री को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। सुरक्षा अधिकारियों की मानें तो दो गेटों से लोगों को कार्यक्रम स्थल के लिए भेजा जाएगा। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर प्रवेश से पहले लोगों की दो चरणों में तलाशी ली जाएगी।
सुबह चार बजे से अलर्ट मोड पर आ जाएगी पुलिस
एफआरआइ में भव्य कार्यक्रम के चलते पुलिस देर रात तक कार्यक्रम स्थल के आसपास व्यवस्थाएं बनाने में जुटी रही। रविवार को सुबह चार बजे से ही पुलिस व्यवस्थाओं को अमलीजामा पहनाएगी। कार्यक्रम में गढ़वाल के अलावा हरिद्वार, रुड़की, विकासनगर क्षेत्र से बसें आएंगी।
ऐसे में यातायात पुलिस सुबह से ही सड़कों पर तैनात रहकर वाहनों को निकालेगी। हालांकि, यातायात पुलिस ने जगह-जगह रूट के लिए स्टीकर भी लगाए हैं। इसके अलावा कार्यक्रम स्थल व आइएमए के आसपास तैनात पुलिसकर्मी कार्यक्रम से तीन घंटे पहले ही ड्यूटी पर तैनात हो जाएंगे।
यह रहेगा प्रधानमंत्री का कार्यक्रम
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी रविवार सुबह 11:05 पर जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचेंगे। इसके बाद वायु सेना के विशेष हेलीकाप्टर से 11:30 पर आइएमए पहुंचगे। यहां से रोड से करीब 11:45 पर कार्यक्रम स्थल एफआरआइ आएंगे।
इस दौरान संबोधन से लेकर उद्योग विभाग की ओर से लगाई गई विभिन्न प्रदर्शनी को देखेंगे। 1:30 बजे कार्यक्रम समाप्त होने के बाद वह रोड से आइएमए पहुंचेंगे और यहां से हेलीकाप्टर से जौलीग्रांट पहुंचेंगे। 2:05 पर जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट से दिल्ली के लिए रवाना होंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी का स्वागत करेंगे 120 लोक कलाकार
आइएमए हेलीपैड से लेकर वन अनुसंधान संस्थान स्थित समारोह स्थल तक छह स्थानों पर गढ़वाली, कुमाऊंनी व जौनसारी लोक कलाकारों के दल उनका स्वागत करेंगे। इस दौरान छोलिया नर्तक अपनी प्रस्तुतियां भी देंगेसंस्कृति विभाग से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार प्रधानमंत्री के स्वागत में कुल 120 कलाकार शामिल होंगे। ये सभी पारंपरिक परिधानों में सुसज्जित रहने के साथ ही लोक संस्कृति की झलक भी बिखरेंगे। ढोल-दमाऊ की थाप और रणसिंघा की अनुगूंज भी सुनाई देगी। यही नहीं, प्रधानमंत्री के आगमन पर लोककलाकार प्रधानमंत्री पर पुष्प वर्षा भी करेंगे।

- 11:05 बजे : प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जौलीग्रांट स्थित देहरादून एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचेंगे।
- 11:30 बजे : देहरादून एयरपोर्ट से वायु सेना के विशेष हेलीकाप्टर से पहुंचेगे भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी (आइएमए)।
- करीब 11:45 बजे : प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सड़क मार्ग से आएंगे कार्यक्रम स्थल एफआरआइ। इस दौरान संबोधन से लेकर उद्योग विभाग की ओर से लगाई गई विभिन्न प्रदर्शनी को देखेंगे।
