रक्षामंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने उत्तराखंड के पिथौरागढ़ जिले के गंगोलीहाट में मंगलवार को चुनावी जनासभा को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा का नारा सबका साथ, सबका विश्वास है। कांग्रेस का नारा अपना विकास और सबका अविश्वास है। इस दौरान रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि आजकल पुष्पा फिल्म का नाम काफी चर्चा में है और हमारे सीएम का नाम पुष्कर है, लेकिन यह पुष्कर नाम सुनकर कांग्रेस के लोग समझते हैं कि ये पुष्कर तो फ्लॉवर है, लेकिन मैं उन्हें बताना चाहता हूं कि अपना पुष्कर फ्लावर भी है और फायर भी। हमारा पुष्कर ना कभी झुकेगा, ना कभी रुकेगा।
रक्षा मंत्री ने गंगोलीहाट के जीआइसी मैदान में प्रत्याशी फकीर राम टम्टा के समर्थन में चुनावी जनसभा को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में जब-जब भाजपा की सरकार आई तब विकास भी हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि एक वर्ष के भीतर राज्य को एक लाख करोड़ से अधिक की धनराशि केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने उत्त्तराखंड मेंं खर्च किए हैं। भाजपा कभी भी उत्त्तराखंड की जनता के विश्वास को टूटने नहीं देगी ।अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने हरीश रावत पर भी व्यंग कसा। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा कोई भी मंत्री भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त नहीं है।
श्री सिंह ने जनसंघ से लेकर भाजपा तक के सफर की बात करते हुए कहा कि हमने तब कहा था कि बहुमत से सरकार बनते ही हम कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाएंगे और राम मंदिर बनाएंगे । आज धारा 370 हट चुकी है। अयोध्या में भव्य राममंदिर बन रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस के शासन काल में भ्रष्टाचार जड़ जमा चुका था। आज भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त है। किसानों को सम्मान निधि मिल रही है। दिल्ली से सौ पैंसा चलता है तो सीधे खाते में पहुंंचता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज का भारत मजबूत भारत है। भारत पर किसी ने आंख दिखाई तो हम इस पार भी और उस पार जरु रत पडऩ ेपर मार कर सकते हैं।
इस मौके पर उन्होंने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी पर देश को गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाया । उन्होंने मोदी सरकार की उज्जवला योजना, आयुष्मान भारत योजना, स्वच्छता मिशन आदि के बारे में बताया । उन्होंने कहा कि यह भाजपा सरकार का सभी का साथ, सभी का विकास का आइना है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह झूठ बोलकर जनता का समर्थन नहीं मांग रहे हैं। फकीर राम टम्टा चुनाव जीत कर सांसद अजय टम्टा को लेकर आएं, मैं जिनता संभव होगा वह मदद करु गा । उन्होंने कहा कि पहली बार भाजपा सरकार के कार्यकाल में प्रदेश में सैन्य धाम बन रहा है।
