कोका कोला इंडिया और इंडो डच हॉर्टीकल्चर टेक्नोलॉजीज द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड के प्रोजेक्ट उन्नती के तहत एंदी में आयोजित उन्नति एप्पल कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि आगामी पांच साल में उत्तराखंड को सेब का प्रमुख उत्पादक राज्य की श्रेणी में खड़ा किया जायेगा।
इस मौके पर उन्होंने प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आये सेब उत्पादको को संबोधित करते हुए कहाकि हार्डिक्ल्चर में विकास की अनेक संभावनाएं है इससे पलायन रोकने में मदद मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेद्र मोदी का किसानों की आय दुगना करने का संकल्प इस तरह की योजनाओं से पूरा होगा। उन्हांेने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने दो हजार की प्रोम्त्साहन राशि देने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार का संकल्प है कि आने वाले समय में पांच सालों में सेब उत्पादन में हिमाचल से आगे आयेंगें वहीं यहंा के फल उत्पादकों को अब प्रशिक्षण के लिए हिमाचल नहीं जाना पड़ेगा उनका प्रशिक्षण यहीं पर किया जायेगा। उन्होंने इस मोके पर घोषणा की कि फल उत्पादकों को बिजली पानी के साथ ही सड़क की व्यवस्था की जायेगी। इस मौके पर सचिव उद्यान शैलेश बगोली ने कहा कि प्रदेश में जो भी उत्पाद होता है उसे बाजार तक कैसे पहुंचायें इसके लिए मार्केट की व्यवस्था करें ताकि उनको अच्छा पैसा मिले। इसका प्रयास करना होगा। काश्तकारों को उत्पादन बढाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जायेगा ताकि किसानों का लाभ हो सके व काश्तकार इस ओर प्रयास करें। सरकार की योजनाएं किसानों तक पहुंचे इसका प्रयास किया जायेगा ताकि उसका लाभ मिल सके। अपने प्रदेश में ही प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था करनी होगी ताकि बाहर न जाना पड़े। इस मौके पर इंडोे डच हार्डिकल्चर के निदेशक सुधीर चढढा ने कहाकि पहले जो सौ बाग लगे उसमें कोका कोला की मदद ने इस दिशा में क्रांति लाने का प्रयास किया। आने वाले चार सालों में देखने को मिला कि अब किसान करवट ले रहा है। सुधीर चढा ने कहा, कोका कोला इंडिया की साझेदारी में प्रोजेक्ट एप्पल उन्नती से उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के हजारो किसानों की क्षमताएँ बढ़ी है। वास्तव में कोका कोला इंडिया ऐसे पहले संस्थानों में से एक है जिसने शाश्वत कृषि के क्षेत्र में सकारात्मक पहल करने का प्रयास किया है। इस प्रोजेक्ट की सफलता वाकई युवाओं का हौसला बढ़ाने वाली है और हमने राज्य में मायग्रेशन को विपरित होते हुए देखा है। सेबों की खेती में यह क्रान्ति लाने हेतु और उनकी अविरत सहायता के लिए हम कोका- कोला इंडिया के आभारी है। कोका कोला इंडिया के फ्रूट सर्क्युलर इकोनॉमी पहल के तहत अच्छी कृषि पद्धतियों के लिए 20 आदर्श किसानों को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम को निदेशक हार्डिकल्चर हरमिंदर सिंह बवेजा, देवयानी राज्य लक्ष्मी राणा, निदेशक सीएसआर कोका कोला इंडिया राजेश अयापिल्ला ने भी संबोधित किया। इस मौके पर कार्यक्रम के संयोजक पूर्व मंत्री नारायण सिंह राणा ने सभी अतिथियों को स्वागत किया व उन्नति एप्पल योजना के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
