गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत द्वारा राजपुर रोड मालसी स्थित एक होटल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में स्वास्थ्य सेवा से जुड़े संस्थानों एवं चिकित्सकों को आयोजक संस्था की ओर से हेल्थ केयर एक्सलेंस एवार्ड प्रदान किये गये।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सम्मानित होने वाली जन सेवा से जुड़ी संस्थायें एवं व्यक्ति समाज के सच्चे प्रतिनिधि होते है। कोरोना महामारी के दौर में चिकित्सा संस्थाये एवं चिकित्सकों ने समर्पित भाव से कार्य कर समाज में अपनी पहचान भी बनायी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अच्छा नेतृत्व कैसे राह निकाल कर देश को व्यवस्थित ढ़ंग से संचालित करता है प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी इसके उदाहरण है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। देश में पोलियो के टीके के निर्माण में 15 साल लगे जबकि पीएम मोदी के नेतृत्व में हमारे वैज्ञानिकों ने यह कार्य एक वर्ष में कर कोरोना की दो-दो वैक्सीन तैयार की। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में कोविड महामारी में भारत में टीकाकरण का महा अभियान चलाया गया। भारत में 200 करोड़ से अधिक कोविड के टीके लगे। भारत की सांस्कृतिक परम्परा हमेशा से ‘सर्वे भवन्तुः सुखिनः की रही है। कोविड के दौरान भारत ने इसी भावना से अन्य देशों को भी 20 करोड़ से अधिक कोविड वैक्सीन दी। प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में देश में दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी स्वास्थ्य योजना आयुष्मान भारत योजना चलाई जा रही है। देश में कोई भूखा न सोये इसके लिये निःशुल्क खाद्यान्न की व्यवस्था की गई।
उन्होंने कहा कि नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद देश और देशवासियों में आशा, विश्वास और नई ऊर्जा का संचार हुआ है। उनके नेतृत्व में देश हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भारत का मान, सम्मान एवं स्वाभिमान बढ़ा है। देश में नई कार्य संस्कृति की शुरूआत हुई है। समरस, समर्थ एवं शक्तिशाली भारत की पहचान देश व दुनिया में हुई है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में इन आठ सालों में एक समृद्ध, शक्तिशाली तथा समरस भारत के साथ ही दुनिया का नेतृत्व करने वाला भारत बना है।
उन्होंने ने कहा कि प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का तेजी से विकास हो रहा है। किच्छा में एम्स का सेटलाइट सेन्टर तथा अल्मोड़ा के साथ पिथौरागढ़, रूद्रपुर एवं हरिद्वार में मेडिकल कालेज बनाये जा रहे हैं। प्रमुख शहरों में बाईपास के निर्माण के साथ बेहतर सड़कों का निर्माण हो रहा है। दिल्ली देहरादून एलेवेटेड रोड बनने के बाद देहरादून से दिल्ली की यात्रा हवाई मार्ग से भी कम समय में तय की जा सकेगी। जौलीग्रान्ट के साथ ही पन्तनगर को भी अन्तराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा बनाये जाने की प्रक्रिया तेजी से चलायी जा रही है। पिथौरागढ़ चिन्यालीसौड गौचर हवाई पट्टी का विस्तार किया जा रहा है। अमृतसर कलकता औद्योगिक कोरिडोर के लिये उधम सिंह नगर में 1000 हेक्टियर भूमि उपलब्ध करायी गयी है इसके लिये भारत सरकार द्वारा 400 करोड़ की धनराशि स्वीकृत की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने की दिशा में पहल की गई है, इसके लिये गठित समिति की नियमित बैठके हो रही हैं। भ्रष्टाचार पर नियन्त्रण के लिये प्रभावी कार्यवाही की गई है। अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग की भर्ती में गई गड़बड़ी की जांच एसआईटी द्वारा की जा रही है। अब तक 39 लोग गिरफ्तार हो चुके है। हमारा प्रयास है कि भविष्य में नियुक्तियों पारदर्शी हो इसमें गड़बड़ी करने की कोई सोच भी न सके, ऐसा तंत्र विकसित किया जा रहा है। भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक के लिये विजिलेंस को सुदृढ किया जा रहा है। इसके लिये 2 करोड़ का रिवाल्विंग फण्ड की व्यवस्था की गई है।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने मुख्यमंत्री को जन्मदिन की बधाई देते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के जन्मदिन 16 सितम्बर से राज्य में सेवा सप्ताह आयोजित किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश में 17 सितम्बर में रक्तदान का महाअभियान शुरू किया जा रहा है, इसके लिये 1 लाख रजिस्ट्रेशन किये जा रहे हैं। 2024 तक राज्य टी0वी0 से युक्त हो इस दिशा में मरीजो को गोद लिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा भी 02 पीड़ितों को गोद लिया गया है। अटल आयुष्मान योजना के तहत राज्य में 49 लाख कार्ड बनाये गये हैं, जबकि 5.50 लाख लोगों को इसका लाभ दिया जा चुका है। सभी जिलों में डायलिसस की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के साथ 7 मेडिकल कॉलेज बनाये जा रहे हैं।
