बुधवार को मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस. एस. संधु ने सचिवालय में सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के अंतर्गत लंबित आवेदनों के संबंध में बैठक की। बैठक में समस्त जिलाधिकारी भी वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उपस्थित रहे।
बैठक में मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि निवेश राज्य के लिए बेहद जरूरी है और निवेश बढ़ाना राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के अंतर्गत प्राप्त आवेदनों पर तत्काल कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्चित करें। निवेशकों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी ना हो इस बात पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए।
उन्होंने समस्त जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक 15 दिन में जनपद स्तर पर लंबित आवेदनों की मॉनिटरिंग करें साथ ही शासन स्तर पर संबंधित सचिव इसकी मॉनिटरिंग करते हुए निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि प्राप्त आवेदनों को टाइम बाउंड करते हुए समय से निस्तारित किया जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि सभी विभाग आपसी सामंजस्य से कार्य करें।
मुख्य सचिव ने राजस्व विभाग,आबकारी विभाग के अलावा जिलाधिकारी हरिद्वार व जिलाधिकारी उधमसिंह नगर को निर्देश दिए कि उनके स्तर पर लंबित आवेदनों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए इन आवेदनों का निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें।
इस अवसर पर सचिव रविनाथ रमन, महानिदेशक उद्योग रणवीर सिंह चौहान सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
