बृहस्पतिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सिडकुल, हरिद्वार में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत हरिद्वार रूड़की विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा लगभग 42 करोड़ लागत की इन्द्रलोक आवास योजना (भाग-2) में 528 ई.डब्ल्यू.एस. आवासों के निर्माण कार्य का भूमि पूजन कर शिलान्यास किया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने घोषणा की कि सीतापुर पेयजल योजना कुल लागत 75 करोड़, बहादराबाद पेयजल योजना कुल लागत 40 करोड़, रावली महदूद पेयजल योजना कुल लागत 13 करोड़, सलेमपुर महदूद रोशनाबाद की पेयजल योजना लागत 12 करोड़ तथा औरंगाबाद की 04 करोड़ लागत की पेयजल योजना जल्द शुरू होगी। धीरवाली ज्वालापुर में 01 करोड़ 65 लाख की लागत से राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज का निर्माण किया जाएगा। तपोवन ज्वालापुर में पेयजल हेतु नलकूप का निर्माण किया जाएगा। जगजीतपुर में 350 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले मेडिकल कॉलेज का निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र ही शुरू किया जाएगा। जगजीतपुर सीतापुर, टिहरी विस्थापित, सुभाषनगर आदि में सीवर लाइन डालने का कार्य शीघ्र शुरू कराया जाएगा। सिडकुल में ईएसआईसी अस्पताल के लिए केन्द्र सरकार से 293 करोड़ रूपये स्वीकृत कराये गये हैं, जिसका निर्माण कार्य बहुत जल्द शुरू कराया जाएगा। सिडकुल सहित सभी सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त किया जाएगा। नगर पालिका शिवालिक नगर में वार्ड नं0 13 के अंतर्गत नवोदय नगर में इण्टर कॉलेज का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। द्वारिका विहार जगजीतपुर में पेयजल हेतु मिनी ट्यूबवैल का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। द्वारिका विहार सीतापुर में पेयजल हेतु मिनी ट्यूबवेल का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। सिडकुल हाइवे के दोनों ओर पानी की निकासी हेतु नाले का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। बहादराबाद में घाट का सौन्दर्यीकरण किया जायेगा। रानीपुर विधायक व शिवालिक नगरपालिका चेयरमैन की मांग पर एक छठ घाट, व पार्क विकसित किया जायेगा।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने जिन योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया उनमें राज्य योजना वर्ष 2021-22 के अन्तर्गत जनपद हरिद्वार के विधानसभा क्षेत्र बी0एच0ई0एल0 रानीपुर में सिडकुल फोरलेन के पास महादेवपुरम 2 की आन्तरिक सड़कों का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा निर्माण व नाली निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 1.42 किमी, लागत 94.75 लाख), बी0एच0ई0एल0 रानीपुर में सिडकुल चार लेन से हनुमन्त एन्कलेव व राजपूत विहार की ओर पी0सी0 द्वारा सड़क का नाली सहित निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 1.50 किमी, लागत 63.66 लाख), बी0एच0ई0एल0 रानीपुर के सीतापुर में शुभम विहार व द्वारिका विहार की मुख्य सड़क का जमालपुर की ओर तक इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 0.86 किमी, लागत 59.17 लाख), जगजीतपुर में सन्ता एन्कलेव से एच0ई0सी0 कॉलेज तक सड़क का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा मार्ग निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 0.90 किमी, लागत 54.43 लाख), बी0एच0ई0एल0 रानीपुर में नवोदय नगर की आन्तरिक सड़कों का पी0सी0 द्वारा निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 3.00 किमी, लागत 98.21 लाख), नेहरू कॉलोनी में आन्तरिक सड़कों का सी0सी0 ट्रमिक्स द्वारा निर्माण व नाली निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 1.32 किमी, लागत 184.21 लाख), बिहारीगढ़ मोटरमार्ग के किमी 04 स्थित ग्राम आन्नेकी में मेन रोड़ से एलन क्लास इण्ड्रस्ट्री तक इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा निर्माण तथा नाली का निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 1.25 किमी, लागत 84.43 लाख), रोशनाबाद में आई0एम0सी0 चौक से नवोदय नगर की शिव रतन सिटी तक एस0डी0बी0सी0 द्वारा निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 3.20 किमी, लागत 58.72 लाख), रोशनाबाद से नवोदय चौक की ओर जाने वाले मार्ग का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा नाली सहित निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 0.60 किमी, लागत 72.98 लाख), रामनगर कॉलोनी में आन्तरिक सड़कों का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा नाली सहित निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 0.70 किमी, लागत 51.76 लाख), ग्राम आन्नेकी की आन्तरिक सड़कों का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा निर्माण तथा नाली निर्माण कार्य (लम्बाई 0.68 किमी, लागत 54.32 लाख), सिद्धार्थ एन्कलेव से खालसा कालोनी की ओर जाने वाले मार्ग का इंटरलॉकिंग टाईल्स द्वारा नाली सहित निर्माण कार्य (1.00 किमी, लागत 73.00 लाख), शिवालिक नगर के एच-कलस्टर व क्यू-कलस्टर की आन्तरिक सड़कों का एस0डी0बी0सी0 द्वारा नवीनीकरण का कार्य (लम्बाई 4.52 किमी, लागत 70.14 लाख) का शिलान्यास किया शामिल है। मुख्यमंत्री ने नवोदय नगर वार्ड नं0 13 गली नं0 07 में छठ मईया पार्क के सौन्दर्यीकरण का लोकार्पण भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि चार महीने के कार्यकाल में उन्होंने अपना प्रत्येक क्षण प्रदेश की जनता को समर्पित किया है। इस अवधि में राज्य सरकार ने प्रत्येक वर्ग के कल्याण के लिये लगभग 400 निर्णय लिये हैं।
सिड़कुल का उल्लेख करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व0 अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की उत्तराखण्ड राज्य को उद्योग के क्षेत्र में विशेष पैकेज के अंतर्गत दी गयी सौगात है। उन्होंने कहा कि तब राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री स्व0 नारायण दत्त तिवारी थे, जिन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के विकास के लिए काफी कार्य किया।
राज्य स्थापना दिवस का उल्लेख करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम इसे महोत्सव के रूप में मना रहे हैं। हमने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की पाँच महान विभूतियों को उत्तराखण्ड गौरव सम्मान पुरस्कार के लिए चयनित किया है, जिसमें पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री स्व0 नारायण दत्त तिवारी, बछेन्द्री पाल, लोक गायक नरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, लेखक रस्किन बान्ड, पर्यावरणविद् अनिल जोशी शामिल हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार नई खेल नीति लेकर आ रही है, जिसमें प्रतिभावान खिलाड़ियों को हर सम्भव सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि वे अपने हर क्षण का उपयोग प्रदेश के विकास में करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सबके सम्मिलित प्रयासों से वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड देश का नम्बर वन राज्य बनेगा
