मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को आई.आर.डी.टी. सभागार में ‘”अपणि सरकार” एवं उन्नति पोर्टल का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न जनपदों से जिन लोगों ने अपने प्रमाण पत्र के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया अपनाई, उनसे बात भी की और उनसे सुझाव भी लिए। अपणि सरकार पोर्टल के माध्यम से उन्नति पोर्टल के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा करेंगे। उन्नति पोर्टल के माध्यम से शासन स्तर पर मुख्य सचिव एवं विभागीय सचिव तथा जिलास्तर पर जिलाधिकारियों तक डैशबोर्ड बनाया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि अपणि सरकार, पोर्टल के जरिए अब एक क्लिक पर 09 विभागों की 75 सेवाओं का लाभ आमजन ऑनलाइन माध्यम से घर बैठे ले सकते हैं। सुशासन की दिशा में यह बड़ा प्रयास है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से आम नागरिक जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, सहित कुल 75 सेवाओं का लाभ घर बैठे उठा सकेगें। प्रदेशवासियों को वे सेवाएं घर बैठे मिल सकेंगी जिनके लिए उन्हें ऑफिसों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इन ऑनलाईन सेवाओं के शुरू होने से लोगों को आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र सुगमता से प्राप्त होंगे। समय और खर्चे की भी बचत होगी। सभी प्रमाण पत्र डिजी लॉकर में एकीकृत एवं संग्रहित होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भारत की एक अलग पहचान बनी है। पिछले सात सालों में देश की कार्य संस्कृति में तेजी से परिवर्तन हुआ है। तकनीक का तेजी से विस्तार हुआ है। समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति के लोगों को ध्यान में रखते हुए योजनाएं क्रियान्वित की जा रही है। प्रदेश में भी प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के पद्चिन्हों पर चलकर कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश में दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी के सुधार पर और प्रयासों की जरूरत है, इस दिशा में सरकार प्रयासरत है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जब से मुझे मुख्य सेवक की जिम्मेदारी मिली है, तब से हमने सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारीकरण व संतुष्टि के मूल मंत्र को अपनाने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री से वर्चुअल बातचीत के दौरान कमला राणा ने सुझाव दिया कि जन समस्याओं की त्वरित समाधान और प्रमाण पत्रों के लिए ग्राम सभाओं में कैंप लगाये जाने चाहिए। टिहरी के प्रणव रावत ने सुझाव दिये कि सरकार द्वारा ऑनलाईन माध्यम से दी जाने वाली सुविधाएं प्रदेश के दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के लोगों तक पहुंचे, इसके लिए विभिन्न माध्यमों से प्रचार-प्रसार होना जरूरी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से पिथौरागढ़ की निशा, हरिद्वार से उपासना सिंह ने भी बातचीत की।
मेयर देहरादून सुनील उनियाल गामा ने कहा कि आज जिन दो पोर्टल का मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शुभारंभ किया गया है। इससे जनसुविधाएं सुलभ होंगी। पं. दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जी ने अन्त्योदय का जो संदेश दिया, इस दिशा में यह सराहनीय प्रयास है। विभागों में समन्वय के लिए भी ये पोर्टल बहुत कारगर साबित होंगे। उन्नति पोर्टल के माध्यम से सभी विभागों की परियोजना, उसकी निगरानी एवं वर्तमान परियोजना की स्थिति की जानकारी को प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
