मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी दिल्ली दौरे पर हैं। वह सोमवार को दिल्ली पहुंचे। मंगलवार को वह प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय नेताओं के मुलाकात करने वाले हैं। इसी क्रम में मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने समान नागरिक संहिता को लेकर बनने वाली कमेटी की रूपरेखा सामने रखी।
संविधान निर्माताओं के सपनों को पूरा करने की दिशा में अहम कदम:
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि समान नागरिक संहिता संविधान निर्माताओं के सपनों को पूरा करने की दिशा में अहम कदम होगा। यह संविधान की भावना को मूर्त रूप देगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी नई दिल्ली में हैं। वह सोमवार को दिल्ली पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान वहां मीडिया से अनौपचारिक वार्ता में उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने शपथ ग्रहण के तुरंत बाद मंत्रिमंडल की पहली बैठक में समान नागरिक संहिता पर निर्णय लिया गया।
ये लोग शामिल होंगे कमेटी में:
इस मामले में न्यायविदों, सेवानिवृत्त जज, समाज के प्रबुद्धजनों और अन्य स्टेकहोल्डर की एक कमेटी गठित होगी। कमेटी समान नागरिक संहिता का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करेगी। इस कानून का दायरा सभी नागरिकों के लिए समान रूप से होगा, चाहे वे किसी भी धर्म में विश्वास रखते हों।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे संकल्पों में पलायन को रोकना भी प्रमुख रूप से है। इसके साथ ही केंद्र सरकार की योजनाओं को समाज के अंतिम छोर में खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना उद्देश्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने इतिहास बनाया है। कई मिथक तोड़ते हुए प्रचंड बहुमत के साथ वापसी की है।
मंगलवार को राज्य के विकास के विषय में प्रधानमंत्री समेत कई महानुभावों के साथ चर्चा करेंगे। इससे पहले उत्तराखंड सदन पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री का प्रवासी उत्तराखंडियों ने जोरदार स्वागत किया।
