गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्य सेवक सदन, मुख्यमंत्री आवास, देहरादून में सरकार के 100 दिन पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर सूचना एवं लोक संपर्क विभाग द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए 100 दिन विकास के, समर्पण और प्रयास के , विकास पुस्तक का विमोचन किया।
इस दौरान कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार के 100 दिन संकल्प, समर्पण एवं प्रयास को समर्पित रहे। आम चुनाव में पूर्ण बहुमत देने पर उन्होंने जनता को धन्यवाद अर्पित किया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार द्वारा किए गए विकास कार्यों पर जनता ने मुहर लगाई जनता द्वारा की गई उम्मीदो, आकांक्षाओं, अपेक्षाओं पर हमारी सरकार निश्चित खरा उतरेगी। उन्होंने कहा बीते 100 दिनों में कई ऐतिहासिक निर्णय एवं राज्य के विकास हेतु विभिन्न योजनाएं चलाई गई हैं आने वाले समय में भी हम जनहित को प्राथमिकता देते हुए कई योजनाएं चलाएंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अपेक्षा के अनुसार उत्तराखण्ड को हर क्षेत्र में देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लिये सभी के सहयोग से काम किया जा रहा है। 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक निश्चित तौर पर उत्तराखंड का दशक होगा। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में एक नई कार्य संस्कृति एवं कार्य व्यवहार आया है। हम उत्तराखण्ड में भी कार्यसंस्कृति में सुधार ला रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार पारदर्शिता के साथ विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। सरलीकरण, समाधान एवं निस्तारीकरण हमारे मूल मंत्र हैं। उन्होंने कहा भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक लगाने के लिये 1064 शुरू की गई है। सचिवालय में सोमवार को नो मीटिंग डे रखा गया है ताकि शासन के अधिकारी लोगों से मिलने के लिये उपलब्ध रहें। जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को भी निर्देश दिये गये हैं कि वे सोमवार से शुक्रवार तक प्रातः 10 बजे से 12 बजे तक अपने कार्यालयों में आम जनता से मिलने के लिये उपलब्ध रहेंगे। अधिकारी व कर्मचारी समय पर कार्यालय आएं, इसके लिये बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति अनिवार्य की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि हम अपने हर वादे को पूरा करने में जुटे हैं। हमारी सरकार ने उत्तराखंड राज्य के लिए ’यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड’ का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करने हेतु कमेटी का गठन करा है, जो की जल्द ही अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगी। इस यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड का दायरा सभी नागरिकों के लिये समान क़ानून चाहे वे किसी भी धर्म में विश्वास रखते हों, होगा। हम गरीब परिवारों को तीन सिलेण्डर मुफ्त उपलब्ध करवाने जा रहे हैं। इसके लिये बजट में प्राविधान भी किया गया है। पिछले दो वर्षों में हमने प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में कोरोना महामारी का डटकर मुकाबला किया, वहीं विकास की गति को भी आगे बढ़ाया है। कोविड-19 की पहली और दूसरी लहर में हमारे कोविड-वारियर्स द्वारा सराहनीय काम किया गया। चिकित्सा कर्मियों के साथ ही राजस्व, पुलिस, पीआरडी, आंगनबाड़ी आदि कोरोना वारियर्स को प्रोत्साहन व सम्मान राशि द्वारा हमारी सरकार ने इनके मनोबल को बढ़ाने का काम किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमें उत्तराखंड राज्य को 25वे वर्ष पर योग, संस्कृति, पर्यटन जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाना है, जिसके लिए राज्य सरकार विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा सभी विभागों को अगले 10 वर्षो के विकास कार्यो का रोडमैप तैयार करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन के अंतर्गत कुमायूं के प्राचीन मंदिरों को भव्य बनाने की योजना है। इसके लिये प्रधानमंत्री जी से भी अनुरोध किया गया है। पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में रोपवे नेटवर्क निर्माण के लिये पर्वत माला परियोजना पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा श्री केदारपुरी का पुनर्निर्माण आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के विजन, नेतृत्व एवं संकल्प का सर्वश्रेष्ठ उदाहरण है। बद्रीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान पर भी काम हो रहा है। ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना पर तेजी से काम चल रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री की अपेक्षा के अनुसार वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को देश का नम्बर एक राज्य बनाने के लिये हम विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ काम कर रहे हैं। हम अपने प्रत्येक संकल्प को पूरा करने के लिये प्रतिबद्ध है। हम विश्वास के साथ कह सकते हैं कि हम समृद्ध और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखण्ड का निर्माण करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार सभी की सहभागिता से विकास कार्य को आगे बढ़ाएगी। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड को धर्म संस्कृति का केंद्र बताते हुए कहा कि यहां अपार संभावना है इन संभावनाओं को हम खोज विकास को स्वर्णिम रास्ते पर पहुचाएंगे। उन्होंने सरकार का प्रतिक्षण देव तुल्य जनता को समर्पित बताया।
इस दौरान कार्यक्रम में कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी, कैबिनेट मंत्री धन सिंह रावत, अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, विशेष प्रमुख सचिव सूचना अभिनव कुमार, महानिदेशक सूचना रणवीर सिंह चौहान, पूर्व विधायक राजेश शुक्ला, एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
