1000 से अधिक किसानों व स्वयं सहायता समूहों ने उठाया योजना का लाभ

देहरादून, – अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य में प्रदेशभर में आयोजित सहकारिता मेलों में राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसानों, काश्तकारों, युवा उद्यमियों व महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को पशुपालन, मछली पालन, फूलों की खेती जैसी अन्य गतिविधियों के लिए 21 करोड़ से अधिक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण वितरित किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त मेलों में 500 से अधिक महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों ने अपने उत्पादों का विक्रय कर अच्छा मुनाफा कमाया है।
सूबे के सहकारिता मंत्री डाॅ. धन सिंह रावत ने मीडिया को जारी एक बयान में बताया कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष 2025 के तहत स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने एवं ग्रामीण आर्थिकी को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रदेशभर में सहकारिता मेलों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। डाॅ. रावत ने बताया कि सहकारिता विभाग के माध्यम से विशेष थीमों पर आधारित इन मेलों का 11 जनपदों में सफल आयोजन किया जा चुका है, जबकि टिहरी जनपद में मेला आयोजित किया गया है। इन मेलों में किसानों, काश्तकारों, कारीगरों एवं महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को बाजार उपलब्ध कराया गया है।
इसके अलावा मेलों में विभागीय योजनाओं का लाभ आम लोगों का पहुंचाया जा रहा है। डाॅ. रावत ने बताया कि मेलों के माध्यम से अब तक 1038 किसानों व 147 महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को रुपये 21 करोड़ से अधिक ब्याज मुक्त ऋण वितरित किया जा चुका है, जिसमें अल्मोड़ा जनपद में 174 लाख का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण किसानों व महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को वितरित किया गया। इसी प्रकार बागेश्वर में 115 लाख, पिथौरागढ़ में 211 लाख, चम्पावत 81, नैनीताल 107 लाख, चमोली 155 लाख, रूद्रप्रयाग 177 लाख, पौड़ी 583 लाख, हरिद्वार 71 लाख, देहरादून 98 लाख तथा उत्तरकाशी जनपद में किसानों व महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 56 लाख का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण वितरित किया गया है। टिहरी जनपद में आयोजित मेले में अब तक 270 लाख का ऋण वितरित किया जा चुका है। विभाग द्वारा वितरित किये जा रहे ब्याज मुक्त ऋण प्रदेश के किसानों, काश्तकारों, कारीगरों, युवाओं, महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों के कृषि विकास, स्वरोजगार, लघु उद्यम एवं आजीविका संवर्धन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है।
डाॅ. रावत ने बताया कि सहकारी मेलों में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को सीधा बाजार मिला है। अब तक आयोजित मेलों में 500 से अधिक महिला समूहों ने अपने उत्पादों हस्तशिल्प, स्थानीय खाद्य सामग्री, जैविक उत्पाद सहित पारंपरिक वस्त्रों का विक्रय किया है जिनसे उनको खास मुनाफा हुआ है। डाॅ. रावत ने बताया कि सहकारिता मेलों से महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा मिला है और महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भरता बन रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सहकारिता मेले किसानों, महिलाओं एवं ग्रामीण उद्यमियों के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण का सशक्त माध्यम बनकर उभरे हैं। इन आयोजनों ने सहकारिता के मूल सिद्धांतों सहभागिता, आत्मनिर्भरता और सामूहिक विकास को जमीनी स्तर पर मजबूती प्रदान की है। उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य में भी ऐसे आयोजनों के माध्यम से सहकारिता को रोजगार सृजन, वित्तीय समावेशन एवं समावेशी विकास का मजबूत आधार बनाया जाएगा।
