रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास में पांचजन्य संवाद कार्यक्रम में कहा कि उत्तराखंड को 2025 तक देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार कृत संकल्पित है। 05 नवंबर 2021 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने श्री केदारनाथ की भूमि पर कहा कि यह दशक उत्तराखण्ड का दशक होगा। उत्तराखंड के समग्र विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर संभव प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। केंद्र सरकार से भी राज्य को हर क्षेत्र में पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। राज्य में चारधाम यात्रा शुरू होने वाली है, इस वर्ष लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के चारधाम यात्रा पर आने की संभावना है। अब तक जितने श्रद्धालु उत्तराखंड आए हैं, उससे कई गुना अधिक श्रद्धालु 10 सालों में देवभूमि उत्तराखंड आयेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने को लेकर चुनाव से पूर्व किए अपने वायदे को पूरा करने की दिशा में हमने महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया। सरकार की पहली कैबिनेट बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि राज्य में समान नागरिक संहिता के क्रियान्वयन के लिये विशेषज्ञों की समिति बनाई जाएगी। न्यायविदों, सेवानिवृत्त जजों, समाज के प्रबुद्ध जनों और अन्य स्टेकहाल्डर्स की एक कमेटी गठित की जाएगी जो कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के लिये यूनिफार्म सिविल कोड का ड्राफ्ट तैयार करेगी मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा की उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति एवं शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण को बनाए रखने के लिये जरूरी है कि अराजक तत्व राज्य में प्रवेश न कर पाए। इसके लिये उन्होंने प्रदेशभर में व्यापक स्तर पर नागरिकों का सत्यापन अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा की राज्य में रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। पहाड़ की जवानी और पहाड़ का पानी पहाड़ के काम आए, इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा हर संभव प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। राज्य में सरकारी क्षेत्र में भर्ती प्रक्रियाएं तेजी से चल रही है साथ ही लोगों को स्वरोजगार के लिए भी प्रेरित किया जा रहा है। स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार द्वारा अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। देवभूमि उत्तराखंड धर्म एवं अध्यात्म का केंद्र है। इसके साथ ही राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। देवभूमि का नैसर्गिक सौन्दर्य पर्यटकों को यहां आने के लिए आकर्षित करता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सामरिक दृष्टि से भी महत्वपूर्ण राज्य है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा से सटे गांवों से पलायन रोकने और सुविधायें मुहैया करवाने के लिए अनेक पहल की गई है।
