यूपीसीएल के अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों को मिलेगा अब एक करोड़ 20 लाख का दुर्घटना बीमा
यूपीसीएल के अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों को अब एक करोड़ 20 लाख का दुर्घटना बीमा मिलेगा। निगम ने यूनियन बैंक के साथ समझौता किया है।
उत्तराखंड पावर काॅरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीसीएल) के नियमित अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों को अब एक करोड़ 20 लाख रुपये का दुर्घटना बीमा का लाभ मिलेगा। इसके लिए यूपीसीएल प्रबंधन ने यूनियन बैंक के साथ एमओयू किया है। नियमित कर्मचारियों के यूनियन बैंक में काॅरपोरेट सैलरी अकाउंट खुलेंगे, जिस पर मिलने वाले लाभों के लिए अलग से कोई शुल्क देय नहीं है।
यूपीसीएल के एमडी अनिल कुमार ने बताया कि काॅरपोरेट सैलरी अकाउंट खुलने पर यूनियन बैंक की ओर दो श्रेणियों में कर्मचारियों को लाभ दिए जाएंगे। पहली श्रेणी एग्जीक्यूटिव की है, जिसके तहत वेतन 25 हजार से 74,999 रुपये होगा और दूसरी श्रेणी प्रीमियर की होगी, जिसका वेतन 75 हजार रुपये या इससे अधिक होगा।
18 से 60 वर्ष की आयु वाले कर्मचारियों को 1.20 करोड़ का व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा, परमानेंट पार्शियल डिसेबिलिटी यानी पीपीडी या परमानेंट पूरी डिसेबिलिटी होने पर 1.20 करोड़ का बीमा लाभ मिलेगा। इसके अलावा 16.40 लाख रुपये के अतिरिक्त बीमा लाभ यूनियन बैंक देगा, जिसमें दो बच्चों की उच्च शिक्षा के लिए छह लाख रुपये तक की मदद, बर्न केस में प्लास्टिक सर्जरी के लिए दो लाख, एयर एंबुलेंस के लिए छह लाख रुपये, डेबिट कार्ड के साथ पर्सनल एक्सीडेंट का 15 लाख रुपये का बीमा कवर मिलेगा।
इसके अलावा 10 लाख रुपये का टर्म लाइफ इंश्योरेंस भी मिलेगा। एग्जीक्यूटिव श्रेणी के कर्मचारियों को हर साल 60 चेक की चेकबुक और प्रीमियर कर्मचारियों को 100 चेक की चेकबुक निशुल्क मिलेगी। कोई डेबिट कार्ड शुल्क देय नहीं होगा।
एटीएम से कैश निकालने की सीमा एक लाख रुपये प्रति दिन, पीओएस की तीन लाख रुपये प्रतिदिन होगी। सभी बैंकों में एटीएम कार्ड इस्तेमाल पर कोई शुल्क नहीं। एसएमएस चार्ज नहीं लगेगा। 25 लाख तक के लोन पर 100 प्रतिशत, इससे कम लोन पर 50 प्रतिशत प्रॉसेसिंग शुल्क माफ होगा। परिवार के तीन सदस्यों को जीरो बैलेंस खाता भी खोल सकेंगे।
लाभ भी मिलेंगे
-हर तिमाही निशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच होगी।
-तीन महीने का ऑनलाइन, एक माह का ऑफलाइन निशुल्क जिम का सब्सक्रिप्शन मिलेगा।

-एक कंप्लीमेंट्री गोल्फ सेशन।
-हर तिमाही 100 रुपये का वाउचर ओला, ऊबर के लिए मिलेगा।
-हर तिमाही एक स्पा सेशन का लाभ मिलेगा।
