देहरादून जिला प्रशासन देहरादून ने एलपीजी गैस सिलेंडर की कालाबाजारी पर सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए साफ कर दिया है कि इसमें संलिप्त पाए जाने पर गैस एजेंसी स्वामियों को सीधे जेल भेजा जाएगा। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक में क्यूआरटी टीमों को जिले की सभी गैस एजेंसियों पर तैनात कर उनकी हर गतिविधि पर नजर रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।बैठक में बढ़ते बैकलॉग पर नाराजगी जताते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने 25 हजार मैन्युअल गैस वितरण की एंट्री को तुरंत ऑनलाइन अपडेट करने और 25 व 45 दिन की एडवांस बुकिंग का पृथक विवरण प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही छापेमारी में पकड़े गए सिलेंडरों को संबंधित एजेंसियों से ट्रेस कर दोषी एजेंसी स्वामियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जेल भेजने के आदेश दिए गए।प्रशासन की कार्रवाई के तहत अब तक 5 मुकदमे दर्ज कर 3 आरोपियों को जेल भेजा गया है, जबकि 150 घरेलू, 139 व्यवसायिक और 7 छोटे सिलेंडर जब्त किए जा चुके हैं। ओटीपी आधारित होम डिलीवरी व्यवस्था लागू कर एजेंसियों पर भीड़ कम करने और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में मदद मिली है।
