मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित उत्तराखण्ड निवेशक सम्मान समारोह के दौरान निवेशकों को प्रतीक चिन्ह तथा प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया गया।
रिफॉर्म-परफॉर्म-ट्रांसफॉर्म के मंत्र के साथ आगे बढ़े
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि निवेशकों ने उद्योग के क्षेत्र में प्रदेश को नया आयाम दिया है। प्रदेश की आर्थिकी व राजस्व को बढ़ाने में औद्योगिक क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगों का योगदान अमूल्य है। आप सभी हमारे ब्राण्ड अम्बेसडर है। उत्तराखण्ड योग, आध्यात्म एवं आयुष की भूमि है। उत्तराखण्ड औद्योगिक विकास की ओर तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। उद्योगों के लिए जैसा वातावरण उत्तराखण्ड में है, यह निवेशकों को उत्तराखण्ड की ओर आकर्षित करता है। जनवरी, 2020 से अब तक प्रदेश में 15 हजार करोड़ की परियोजनाओं में उत्पादन प्रारंभ हुआ है। कोरोना जैसी महामारी आने के बावजूद इतना निवेश प्रदेश में आना निश्चित ही बड़ी उपलब्धि है। इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, नीति सुधार व सरलीकरण की दिशा में काफी काम किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश को एक नई पहचान मिल रही है। इन आठ सालों में भारत समृद्ध एवं शक्तिशाली बना है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव है जिसका परिणाम आप सभी देख रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उद्योगों के लिये अच्छी सड़क, रेल एवं हवाई कनेक्टिविटी का होना जरूरी है, इन क्षेत्रों में राज्य में तेजी से कार्य हो रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं की क्षमता, समर्पण, कड़ी मेहनत और समझ में विश्वास दिखाने के लिए निवेशकों को धन्यवाद दिया और कहा कि जो परियोजनाएं शुरू की गई हैं, वे राज्य में नई संभावनाएं पैदा करेंगी और राज्य के आर्थिक विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हम “रिफॉर्म-परफॉर्म-ट्रांसफॉर्म“ के मंत्र के साथ आगे बढ़े हैं। हमने नीतिगत स्थिरता, समन्वय तथा व्यापार करने में सुगमता पर जोर दिया है। उन्होंने निवेशकों और उद्योगपतियों को यह कहते हुए आश्वस्त किया कि राज्य सरकार नीति, निर्णयों और सकारात्मक उद्देश्य के साथ विकास के काम करती है। हम सब आपके हर प्रयास में आपके साथ रहेंगे और हर कदम पर आपका साथ देंगे।
उद्योग मंत्री चन्दन राम दास ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की स्थापना जब हुई तो हर किसी की कल्पना थी कि पहाड़ का पानी एवं जवानी पहाड़ के काम आये। यह तभी सम्भव हो सकता था जब उत्तराखण्ड में उद्योगों को तेजी से बढ़ावा मिले। 2018 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में इन्वेस्टर सम्मिट आयोजित किया गया, जिसके सफल परिणाम भी देखे गये। प्रदेश के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में छोटे उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देना होगा।
कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य तेजी से निवेश के लिये प्रमुख गंतव्य स्थल के रूप में विकसित हो रहा है। सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम क्षेत्र कम पूंजी निवेश से अधिक उत्पादन एवं रोजगार सृजित कर सकता है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में राज्य आगे बढ़ रहा है।
सचिव उद्योग डॉ0 पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय ने अपने संबोधन में निवेशकों को बधाई दी और राज्य में भविष्य में अपने उद्योग के विस्तार के लिए उनका आवाहन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार नई नीतियों को लागू कर रही है और राष्ट्रीय गति शक्ति योजना बनाने के प्रधान मंत्री जी के दृष्टिकोण की दिशा में सक्रिय रूप से काम कर रही है।
इन्वेस्टर्स समिट के बाद 35 हजार करोड़ के एमओयू धरातल पर क्रियान्वित:
राज्य ने 2018 में अपना पहला निवेश शिखर सम्मेलन ’डेस्टिनेशन उत्तराखण्ड आयोजित किया था, जिसमें कई क्षेत्रों में 600 से अधिक निवेशकों द्वारा रूपये एक लाख चौबीस हजार करोड़ से अधिक के समझौता ज्ञापन / निवेश इच्छा पत्रों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे। हस्ताक्षरित समझौता ज्ञापनों के कार्यान्वयन का नियमित रूप से अनुश्रवण किया गया। इसके परिणामस्वरूप रू. 35 हजार करोड़ से अधिक के एम.ओ.यू. धरातल पर क्रियान्वित हो गए हैं। यह परियोजनाएं विभिन्न क्षेत्रों की हैं, जिनमें विनिर्माण, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, पर्यटन और ऊर्जा क्षेत्र सम्मिलित हैं।
राज्य सरकार ने आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में ऐसे निवेशकों को सम्मानित किया जिन्होंने 2020 के बाद अपना उत्पादन कार्य प्रारम्भ किया था। इस आयोजन में 68 निवेशकों को आमंत्रित किया गया था, जिसमें एमएसएमई एवं वृहद स्तर, दोनों क्षेत्रों के निवेशक सम्मिलित थे। आयोजन में निवेशकों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और राज्य में व्यापार करने में आसानी की सराहना की। उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड में निवेश के लिए मैत्रीपूर्ण शान्त वातावरण की भी प्रशंसा की। इस अवसर पर निवेशकों ने कहा कि वे उत्तराखण्ड में और अधिक निवेश के लिए उत्साहित हैं।
