भाजपा राष्ट्रीय कार्यसमिति की बैठक में राजनैतिक प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में आज भारत एवं भारतीय संस्कृति का मान, सम्मान, स्वाभिमान संपूर्ण विश्व में बढ़ रहा है तथा 7 साल के कार्यकाल में उन्होंने आज देश को उन बुलंदियों तक पहुचाया है जो कि अन्य दल 70 वर्षो तक नहीं पहुचा पाए है।
भाजपा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि देश में जो कार्य कभी नामुमकिन से प्रतीत होते थे वे आज पूर्णता की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। चाहे वो राम मंदिर का मुद्दा हो, धारा 370 का मुद्दा हो, तीन तलाक का मुद्दा हो या शक्तिशाली भारत के सम्पूर्ण विकास की बात हो मोदी के कार्यकाल में जटिल मुद्दे आसान हो गये। कोरोना काल में आत्म निर्भर योजना और गरीब कल्याण योजना ने करोड़ों लॉगो को रोजगार दिया तो गरीबो को दो वक़्त का भोजन भी दिया है। पिछले 7 वर्ष में यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि दृढ इच्छा शक्ति से लोगों के जीवन स्तर में सुधार,आर्थिक स्तिथी बेहतर और अच्छी स्वास्थय सुविधा के साथ हर क्षेत्र में देश तरक्की कर रहा है। आयुष्मान भारत योजना में देश के हर व्यक्ति को भरोसा मिला है कि बीमारी के समय उसे अच्छा उपचार मिलेगा तो करोड़ों महिलाओंं को उज्जवला योजना के तहत लाभ मिला है। उन्होंने कहा कि उतराखंड को प्रधानमंत्री का विशेष सहयोग मिला है।
राज्य में चल रही केन्द्र की परियोजनाओं का जिक्र करते हुए राज्य सरकार की उपलब्धियां भी गिनाईं। मुख्यमंत्री कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से राज्य में ऐसे बहुत से काम हुए हैं, जो पहले नामुमकिन लग रहे थे। पिछले पांच वर्षों में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा करीब एक लाख करोड़ रूपये से अधिक की विभिन्न परियोजनाएं प्रदेश के लिये स्वीकृत हुई है। जिनमें से बहुत सी योजनाएं पूर्ण हो चुकी है और अन्य पर कार्य चल रहा है। हम पहाड़ में रेल का सपना देखते थे। मोदी जी ने इस सपने को साकार किया है। आज ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना तथा सामरिक दृष्टि एवं भौगोलिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण टनकपुर-बागेश्वर रेल परियोजना पर तेजी से काम हो रहा है। इसी प्रकार चार धाम ऑल वेदर रोड, भारत माला प्रोजेक्ट पर भी तीव्र गति से काम किया जा रहा है। चार धाम यात्रा उत्तराखण्ड के लिए लाइफ लाईन है और ये परियोजनाएं जहां चारधाम यात्रा को सुगम बनाएंगी, पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देगी वहीं हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन भी लाएगी।
श्री धामी ने कहा कि पिछले दो वर्षों से हम कोरोना महामारी से जूझ रहे हैं। परन्तु प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में हमने जहां एक ओर इस महामारी से डटकर मुकाबला किया है, वहीं विकास की गति को भी आगे बढ़ाया है। यह प्रधानमंत्री का ही नेतृत्व है कि देश में दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा कोविड वैक्सीनेशन अभियान ’सबको वैक्सीन-मुफ्त वैक्सीन’ चल रहा है। पूरी दुनिया में इसकी सराहना की जा रही है। प्रदेश सरकार ने भी सफलतापूर्वक कोविड की प्रथम डोज को लगाने का लक्ष्य समय से पूर्व ही शत प्रतिशत प्राप्त कर लिया है। साथ ही दूसरी डोज भी करीब 50 प्रतिशत लोगों को लगाई जा चुकी है। कोरोना महामारी से प्रभावित पर्यटन, परिवहन, क्षेत्रों के लिये 200 करोड़ का राहत पैकेज, स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र की मजबूती एवं इससे जुड़े कार्मिकों को प्रोत्साहन हेतु 205 करोड़ तथा महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं रोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिये 118 करोड़ का राहत पैकेज प्रदान किया जा रहा है। यह राशि डीबीटी के माध्यम से सीधे लोगों के खातों में भेजी जा रही हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा, जन-स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, पानी, कनेक्टिविटी, रोजगार, महिला एवं विकास, खेती-किसानी, सिंचाई हर क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड ने पिछले पांच वर्षों में अभूतपूर्व तरक्की की है। केदारनाथ को सवांरने में प्रधानमंत्री ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी केदारपुरी में प्रथम चरण में 225 करोड़ के कार्य पूरे हो चुके हैं तो वहीं 184 करोड़ के कार्य पूरे हो चुके हैं। बद्रीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान के लिए 245 करोड़ की स्वीकृति हो चुकी हैं तो गंगोत्री के लिए 20 और यमुनोत्रि के लिए भी 34 करोड़ की धनराशि स्वीकृति हो चुकी हैं। रुद्रपुर में एम्स के सेटेलाइट केंद्र से जहां राज्य के हजारों लोगों को लाभ पहुचेगा तो हाल ही में आयी आपदा में जिस तरह से प्रधानमंत्री और गृह मंत्री ने तत्परता से मदद पहुचायी उसके लिए राज्य ऋणी है। उन्होंने कहा कि वक्सीन से लेकर सीमा संघर्ष हो या कोरोना काल में लॉगो की मदद अथवा जन हित के कार्य में राज्य या केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार सेवा कार्य में जुटी रही तो कांग्रेस राजनीति में लगी रही। केदारनाथ में पीएम ने कहा कि आने वाले 10 वर्ष उतराखंड के होंगे इसे ध्यान में रखकर हम 2030 की कार्ययोजना पर कार्य कर रहे है।
2025 में जब उत्तराखंड आने स्थापना की रजत जयंती मना रहा होगा तो हम उतराखंड को देश के सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध है। भाजपा प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन और नेतृत्व में दोबारा भारी बहुमत से सरकार बनाने जा रही है और राज्य के आखिरी व्यक्ति तक विकास की किरण पहुचाने के लिए एक चुनौती पर कार्य कर रहे है।
