उत्तराखंड पुलिस की स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स ने ऋषिकेश में एक ऐसे कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर का पर्दाफाश किया है जहां पर मोटी रकम लेकर नेपाली व विदेशी नागरिकों के फर्जी आधार कार्ड पैन कार्ड व अन्य दस्तावेज बनाए जा रहे थे।
एसटीएफ की ओर से तीन आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसके अलावा जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है कि उन्होंने कितने व्यक्तियों का फर्जी आधार कार्ड बनाया है।
एसएसपी आयुष अग्रवाल ने बताया कि एसटीएफ को सूचना मिली थी कि ऋषिकेश स्थित एक जन सेवा संस्थान की ओर से मोटी धनराशि लेकर फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर अन्य देश व राज्य के निवासियों को उत्तराखंड का निवासी दिखाते हुए फर्जी आधार कार्ड, फर्जी वोटर आइकार्ड और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज बनाये जा रहे हैं, जोकि किसी भी व्यक्ति की ओर से राष्ट्रविरोधी गतिविधियों के लिए, मोबाइल सिम खरीदने या अन्य आपराधिक गतिविधियों के लिए प्रयोग किये जा सकते हैं।
10 हजार रुपए में बन रहे थे फर्जी आधार और वोटर आइडी कार्ड:
गोपनीय जांच शुरू की तो पता चला कि फर्जी आधार और अन्य आइईडी लक्ष्मण सैनी की ओर से अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर बनाए जाते हैं, जोकि अपनी दुकान में सीएससी सेंटर चलाता है। इसके तहत कुछ दिन पूर्व एक नेपाली नागरिक दिलबहादुर को तैयार कर दस्तावेज बनाने के लिए सीएससी एपेटाइड सेन्टर एम्स रोड ऋषिकेश पर भेजा गया।
सीएससी सेंटर का मालिक लक्ष्मण कुमार सैनी 10 हजार रुपए में दिलबहादुर नेपाली नागरिक का फर्जी आधार कार्ड और फर्जी वोटर आइडी कार्ड बनाने के लिए तैयार हो गया। 26 दिसम्बर को आरोपित ने दिलबहादुर का पौड़ी के किसी गांव का वोटर कार्ड बना दिया गया और आधार कार्ड के लिए फॉर्म भर दिया गया।
एसटीएफ ने दबिश देकर आधार सेंटर से लक्ष्मण सिंह सैनी निवासी मीरानगर मार्ग गली न0. 11 ऋषिकेश के साथ दो अन्य व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। सेंटर से 68 आधार कार्ड, 28 वोटर आइकार्ड (जिनमें 03 नेपाली नागरिक के भारतीय वोटर आइडी कार्ड हैं) और 17 पैन कार्ड व आयुष्मान कार्ड बरामद हुए।
