उत्तराखंड में छोटे व्यवसायियों एवं उद्यमियों को मजबूत बनाने की दिशा में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर उत्तराखंड शासन ने मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार नैनो योजना का संशोधित शासनादेश जारी कर दिया है।
पूर्व के शासनादेश को संशोधन करते हुए योजना के अंतर्गत ऋण देने की सीमा को 50 हज़ार रुपए तक बढ़ा दिया गया है।
सचिव उद्योग अमित नेगी ने उक्त योजना के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस योजना के तहत सरकार द्वारा दिए जाने वाले अनुदान हेतु प्रदेश में 5 श्रेणियाँ क्रमश: ए, बी, बी+ , सी और डी निर्धारित की गई हैं।
श्रेणी ए में पिथौरागढ़, उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, चंपावत रुद्रप्रयाग और बागेश्वर जिले को शामिल किया गया है। इस श्रेणी में सामान्य अभ्यर्थियों को ( परियोजना की लागत पर) 35 प्रतिशत अधिकतम 17500 हज़ार रुपए एवं अनुसूचित जाति / अनु जनजाति / भूतपूर्व सैनिक / महिला / दिव्यांग पिछड़ा वर्ग/अल्पसंख्यक श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु 40 प्रतिशत अधिकतम 20 हज़ार रुपए का अनुदान दिया जाएगा।
इसी प्रकार श्रेणी बी और बी + में अल्मोड़ा, पौड़ी गढ़वाल और टिहरी गढ़वाल के मात्र पर्वतीय बहुल विकासखण्ड ( श्रेणी बी में वर्गीकृत क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर), नैनीताल और देहरादून जिले के मात्र पर्वतीय बहुल विकासखण्ड (बी + और सी श्रेणी में वर्गीकृत क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर), पौड़ी गढ़वाल के दुगड्डा विकासखण्ड के कोटद्वार सिगड्डी और इनसे जुड़े हुए मैदानी क्षेत्र तथा टिहरी गढ़वाल के फकोट विकासखण्ड के ढालवाला, मुनी-की- रेती, तपोवन तथा उससे जुड़े हुए मैदानी क्षेत्र, नैनीताल के कोटाबाग विकासखण्ड का सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र और देहरादून के कालसी विकासखण्ड के मैदानी क्षेत्र में सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु ( परियोजना लागत पर) 30 प्रतिशत और अधिकतम 15000 रुपए एवं अनुसूचित जाति / अनु जनजाति / भूतपूर्व सैनिक / महिला / दिव्यांग पिछड़ा वर्ग/अल्पसंख्यक श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु 35 प्रतिशत अधिकतम 17500 रुपए का अनुदान दिया जाएगा।
इसी प्रकार श्रेणी सी और डी हेतु देहरादून जिले के विकासखंड रायपुर, सहसपुर, विकासनगर व डोईवाला विकासखण्ड के समुद्रतल से 650 मी. से अधिक ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्र, नैनीताल जिले के रामनगर और हल्द्वानी विकासखण्ड में आने वाले क्षेत्र, हरिद्वार और उधमसिंहनगर का सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र तथा देहरादून व नैनीताल जिले के अवशेष समस्त मैदानी क्षेत्र (श्रेणी-बी, बी+ और श्रेणी सी सम्मिलित क्षेत्र को छोड़कर) सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु ( परियोजना लागत पर) 25 प्रतिशत और अधिकतम 12500 रुपए एवं अनुसूचित जाति / अनु जनजाति / भूतपूर्व सैनिक / महिला / दिव्यांग पिछड़ा वर्ग/अल्पसंख्यक श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों हेतु 30 प्रतिशत अधिकतम 15000 रुपए का अनुदान दिया जाएगा।
