गढ़वाल मंडल के भ्रमण के पश्चात शुक्रवार की देर रात अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान ऋषिकेश के अतिथि गृह पहुंचे केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. मनसुख मांडविया ने देर रात एम्स ऋषिकेश का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने एमबीबीएस के छात्रों के साथ चर्चा भी की।
उन्होंने इमरजेंसी और ट्रामा में भर्ती मरीजों का हाल जाना और एम्स की ओर से प्रदान की जा रही सुविधाओं के बाबत बात की। शनिवार की सुबह वह दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हुए। ऋषिकेश से सड़क मार्ग के जरिए वह जौली ग्रांट एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे, सुबह 8:00 वह फ्लाइट के जरिए दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हुए।
केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री डा. मनसुख मांडविया शुक्रवार की देर रात गढ़वाल मंडल के भ्रमण के पश्चात सड़क मार्ग के जरिए एम्स ऋषिकेश पहुंचे थे। अतिथि गृह में कुछ पल ठहरने के बाद वह रात में ही एम्स के निरीक्षण पर निकल गए। उन्होंने आधी रात को ही एम्स ऋषिकेश का दौरा किया।
उन्होंने इमरजेंसी और ट्रामा सेंटर में मरीजों से हाल जाना। उन्होंने देर रात तक सभी व्यवस्थाओं का लिया जायजा। आधी रात में हॉस्टल मेस में एम्स ऋषिकेश के एमबीबीएस स्टूडेंट्स के साथ की चाय पर चर्चा।
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने इस दौरान अमृतकाल में देश के विकास में योगदान के लिए संदेश दिया। सूबे के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत, चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डा. संजीव मित्तल, डा. विनोद कुमार आदि उनके साथ मौजूद रहे। नगर निगम की महापौर अनीता ममगाईं भी मौजूद रही।
मौसम ने नहीं दिया साथ, सड़क से दून रवाना हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री:
इससे पहले शुक्रवार को मौसम का मिजाज बदलने के चलते केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. मनसुख मांडविया का हेलीकाप्टर उड़ान नहीं भर सका। इसके बाद प्रशासन की ओर से मलारी से गौचर तक उन्हें सड़क के जरिये पहुंचाया गया। कुछ देर मौसम साफ होने का इंतजार करने के बाद फिर सड़क से होते हुए ही उन्हें देहरादून के लिए रवाना किया गया।बीते गुरुवार को केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. मनसुख मांडविया चमोली जिले के मलारी गांव के भ्रमण पर पहुंचे थे।
मलारी में रात्रि प्रवास के बाद शुक्रवार सुबह उन्हें सेना के हेलीपैड से हेलीकाप्टर के जरिये देहरादून जाना था। हालांकि सुबह से ही लगातार वर्षा और बर्फबारी होने के कारण हेलीकाप्टर उड़ान नहीं भर सका। दोपहर तक इंतजार करने के बाद कार्यक्रम में बदलाव करते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री को सड़क के जरिये गौचर लाया गया, जहां से उन्हें हेलीकाप्टर के जरिये देहरादून रवाना किया जाना था।
गौचर के बीआरओ गेस्ट हाउस में दो घंटे इंतजार के बाद भी मौसम ने साथ नहीं दिया। इसके चलते केंद्रीय मंत्री को सड़क के जरिये ही देहरादून के लिए रवाना किया गया। केंद्रीय मंत्री के साथ चल रहे मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा. राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि केंद्रीय मंत्री का शनिवार को कर्नाटक दौरा प्रस्तावित है। इसके चलते उन्हें दिल्ली पहुंचना था। देहरादून पहुंचने के बाद वो दिल्ली के लिए प्रस्थान करेंगे।
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने नृसिंह मंदिर में किए दर्शन:
शुक्रवार को सीमांत गांव मलारी के भ्रमण के बाद केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जोशीमठ स्थित नृसिंह मंदिर पहुंचे। मंदिर पहुंचकर उन्होंने भगवान वासुदेव, अष्टभुजा गणेश, सूर्य, काली, शिव मंदिर, भैरव, नव दुर्गा मंदिर में दर्शन व पूजा-अर्चना कर क्षेत्र की खुशहाली की कामना की। नृसिंह मंदिर दर्शन करने के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र जोशीमठ का निरीक्षण कर अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
