केन्द्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने गुरूकुल कांगड़ी सम विश्वविद्यालय हरिद्वार के 113 वें दीक्षांत समारोह कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर 99 विद्यार्थियों को स्नातक, 100 विद्यार्थियों को स्नातकोत्तर, 56 विद्यार्थियो को पी.एच.डी की उपाधि प्रदान की। 83 विद्यार्थियो को स्वर्ण पदक से सम्मानित किया गया।
केन्द्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने सभी को नवरात्रि की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि आज विश्वविद्यालय से उपाधि प्राप्त कर शिक्षार्थी नये जीवन की शुरूवात करने जा रहे है। गुरूकुल कांगड़ी संस्थान की नींव स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द जी ने रखी, महर्षि दयानन्द के सिद्धान्तों पर यहां शिक्षा का अविरल प्रवाह चलता है। आज यह विश्वविद्यालय महान वटवृक्ष बनकर समग्र देश और दुनिया को महर्षि दयानन्द का संदेश और हमारी पौराणिक शिक्षा पद्धति को आगे बढ़ा रहा है। यहां की शिक्षा पद्धति का महत्व देखकर ही महात्मा गांधी, राजेन्द्र प्रसाद, सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन, श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी, मोरारजी देसाई जैसे अनेक महानुभावों ने इस पूण्य भूमि की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को बल देने का कार्य किया। आज जो बैच शिक्षा पूर्ण कर जा रहा है, यह बैच आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव वर्ष एवं स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती के 200वें जन्म वर्ष का बैच है।
केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि आज 1800 विद्यार्थी शिक्षा की दीक्षा प्राप्त कर नये जीवन में प्रवेश करेंगे। यहां से शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के बाद राष्ट्र के लिए योगदान की शुरूवात करने वाले हैं। यह भूमि वह भूमि है जहां से वैदिक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा मिला। स्वामी दयानन्द जी का संदेश स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द जी ने हुबहू जमीन पर उतारने का कार्य किया। उन्होंने शिक्षा को अंग्रेजी की चंगुल से बाहर निकालने के लिए हमारी परम्परागत शिक्षा पद्धति को नई ऊर्जा देने के लिए वैदिक मूल्यों, प्राचीन भारतीय संस्कृति, वेदों और उपनिषदों का ज्ञान, ब्रहमाण्ड का विज्ञान एवं आधुनिक विषयों को जोड़कर शिक्षा को परिपूर्ण बनाने का कार्य किया। विश्वविद्यालय में शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता के साथ 800 से अधिक शोधपत्र रजिस्टर किये गये हैं, यह सराहनीय कदम है। वैदिक एवं आधुनिक शिक्षा के संगम का कार्य गुरूकुल कांगड़ी विश्वविद्यालय ने किया है। उन्होंने सभी विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि महर्षि दयानन्द जी के संदेश को अपने मन से लगा कर रखें। उनके बताये गये रास्ते पर चलने का प्रयास करें।
केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी देश में नई शिक्षा नीति लाये हैं, इसमें दयानन्द जी की शिक्षा की दृष्टि है, श्रद्धानन्द जी का वेद और विज्ञान की शिक्षा के समन्वय का संदेश है, महात्मा गांधी का मातृभाषा में शिक्षा का संदेश, यह शिक्षा नीति चरितार्थ करती है, लाला लाजपराय जी का शिक्षा सभी के लिए का संदेश भी यह शिक्षा नीति जमीन पर उतार रही है। नई शिक्षा नीति में प्राथमिक शिक्षा मातृभाषा में होगी। त्रिभाषा का सूत्र भी दिया है और आने वाले दिनों में मातृभाषा से पढ़े हुए छात्र समग्र देश एवं विश्व का कल्याण करे, इस प्रकार का रास्ता प्रशस्त किया गया है। नई शिक्षा नीति को स्ट्रीमलेस और क्लासलेस बनाया गया है। मल्टिपल एन्ट्री, मल्टिपल एक्जिट शिक्षा नीति का विशेष अंग है। एक साल की पढ़ाई में सर्टिफिकेट, दो साल की पढ़ाई में डिप्लोमा, तीन साल की पढ़ाई में डिग्री मिलेगी और चार साल की पढ़ाई करेंगे तो रिसर्च मिल जायेगा। हर स्तर पर विद्यार्थी एंट्री भी कर सकता है और एक्जिट भी कर सकता है। यह व्यवस्था इसलिए की गई है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी चाहते हैं कि युवाओं को एक ऐसा प्लेटफार्म मिल जाए, जिस पर हमारे युवा खड़े होकर विश्व के युवाओं के साथ स्पर्धा कर सके और मां भारती का यशोगान पूरे विश्व के अन्दर हो।
केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि स्टार्ट अप इंडिया के माध्यम से देश में युवाओं को अनेक मौके सृजित किये गये हैं। 2016 में देश में 724 स्टार्ट अप थे। 2022 में यह संख्या बढ़कर 70 हजार से अधिक हो गई है। 10 हजार से अधिक स्टार्ट अप कोरोनाकाल में बने। 44 प्रतिशत स्टार्ट अप महिलाओं के द्वारा चलाये जा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भारत और भारतीयता दोनों के गौरव को विश्वभर में बुलंद करने का कार्य किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गृहमंत्री अमित शाह का देवभूमि की समस्त देवतुल्य जनता की ओर से स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह हम सभी के लिए बड़े गर्व का विषय है कि हमारे बीच गृहमंत्री के रूप में देश के एक ऐसे नेता उपस्थित हैं, जिनके अथक प्रयासों से और प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में आज सम्पूर्ण भारत आंतरिक रूप से जहां एक ओर अपने आपको सुरक्षित अनुभव करता है, वहीं दूसरी ओर अपने आपको पहले से अधिक संगठित एवं आत्मविश्वास से भरा हुआ अनुभव करता है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने कश्मीर से धारा-370 खत्म करने में सफलता भी प्राप्त की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने गुरूकुल कांगड़ी विश्वविद्यालय को दीक्षांत समारोह की बधाई देते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में ज्ञान की अविरल गंगा को प्रवाहित करने वाले इस संस्थान में उपस्थित होकर स्वयं को गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूँ। महान शिक्षाविद् स्वामी श्रद्धानंद सरस्वती जी ने जो यह अद्भुत धरोहर मां भारती को सौंपी थी, उसका हिस्सा बनना और आप सभी साथियों से जुड़ना, मेरे लिए प्रेरक भी है और आनंददायक भी है। स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द जी ऐसे संन्यासी थे, जिन्होंने स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती जी की शिक्षाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार किया। वह भारत के उन महान राष्ट्रभक्त सन्यासियों में अग्रणी थे, जिन्होंने अपना जीवन स्वाधीनता, स्वराज्य, शिक्षा तथा वैदिक धर्म के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए समर्पित किया था।
