मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गैरसैंण पर किसी के चिंता करने की बात नहीं है। गैरसैंण आगे बढ़ेगा। वह भावनाओं का केंद्र है। वह आगे बढ़ेगा। गैरसैंण की अवस्थापना मद में 22 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया है। अन्य विभागों से कार्ययोजना बनाने को कहा है। गैरसैंण के विकास में कोई कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार के 100 दिन हमारे संकल्प और प्रयास के दिन हैं। उत्तराखंड की जनता ने मिथक तोड़ने का काम किया, हम उनसे किए गए एक-एक संकल्प को पूरा करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि 2025 में उत्तराखंड को 25 वर्ष पूरे होंगे। सभी विभागों को कार्ययोजना बनाने के लिए कहा गया है। हम केंद्र की तरह राज्य में भी कार्य व्यवहार और कार्य संस्कृति बनाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।
रोजगार से रोकेंगे पलायन:
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सीमांत गांवों में पलायन की सबसे बड़ी वजह बेरोजगारी है। पलायन तभी रुकेगा जब वहां रह रहे युवाओं को घर के पास ही रोजगार मिलेगा। इसलिए सरकार उद्यान, होम स्टे, बड़े और छोड़े उद्योगों उनके घरों के आसपास लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है।
समान नागरिक संहिता को हमें लागू करना है:
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चुनाव से पहले जनता से समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने का संकल्प किया था। जनता ने हमारी सरकार बनाई। हमने वादे के अनुसार समान नागरिक संहिता के लिए कैबिनेट में कमेटी बनाने का फैसला किया। कमेटी बनाई। कमेटी हितधारकों से बात करेगी और उसके ड्राफ्ट के आधार पर सरकार समान नागरिक संहिता को लागू करेगी।
