आगामी 09 नवम्बर को आयोजित होने वाले राज्य स्थापना दिवस समारोह को गरिमा के साथ आयोजित किये मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने जाने के निर्देश दिये हैं।
शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास में आयोजित बैठक में निर्देश दिये कि राज्य स्थापना दिवस को उत्तराखण्ड महोत्सव के रूप में आयोजित किया जाए। एक सप्ताह तक आयोजित होने वाले इस महोत्सव के दौरान राजधानी से लेकर न्याय पंचायत स्तर तक कार्यक्रमों को आयोजित किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर उत्तराखण्ड गौरव पुरस्कार प्रदान किये जाने की भी बात कही जिसमें राज्य के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाले प्रतिष्ठित लोगों को पुरस्कृत किये जाने की व्यवस्था की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये हैं कि राज्य स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित महोत्सव के दौरान आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन बेहतर ढंग से किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यक्रमों की संख्या नहीं गुणवत्ता एवं गरिमा के साथ आयोजन पर ध्यान दिया जाए।
सीएम धामी ने वीडिया कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े आयुक्तों एवं जिलाधिकारियों से जनपदों में आयोजित हाने वाले कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए निर्देश दिये कि सभी अधिकारी प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की राज्य हित से जुड़ी अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप विकास योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं उत्तराखण्ड को विकास की दृष्टि से अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल करने के लिये भावी योजनाओं के संचालन में अपने विवेक एवं अनुभवों के भी उपयोग पर ध्यान दें। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के समग्र विकास में हम सबको सहयोगी बनना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य के विकास का विभागवार वीजन भी तैयार किये जाने पर बल दिया।
बैठक में सचिव सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग विनोद कुमार सुमन ने प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रमों की रूप रेखा प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि 21वें राज्य स्थापना दिवस समारोह के विशेष अवसर पर दिनांक 09 नवम्बर, 2021 को प्रातः 9ः55 से 11ः30 बजे तक पुलिस लाईन, देहरादून में ‘‘राज्य स्थापना दिवस‘‘ आयोजित की जायेगी जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस के जवानों द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया जायेगा तथा परेड की सलामी राज्यपाल द्वारा ली जायेगी। परेड के पश्चात् राज्यपाल एवं मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा सम्बोधन किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शीघ्र ही सभी विभागों एवं जिलाधिकारियों को बैठक में लिये गये निर्णयों से अवगत करा दिया जायेगा ताकि इस अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों को बेहतर ढंग से आयोजित किया जा सके।
